Our premium subscription pricing is dynamically adjusted based on the size of your Discord server to account for increased resource demands, with a 30-day auto-renewing subscription period. Prices vary as follows:

• $5.99 USD for servers with 0–1,000,000 members
• $6.99 USD for servers with 1,000,001+ members

Pricing is scaled to reflect the computational and data resources required to support servers of varying sizes. All tiers offer identical premium features; differences in price are strictly due to server size. Prices do not include applicable local taxes, GST, or VAT.

The prices shown are standard rates for the United States. Pricing may vary by region to reflect local economic conditions and purchasing power, with some regions potentially benefiting from reduced prices.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure

By subscribing to Ticket King Premium, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days at the then-current price for your server size tier. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide at each renewal. Your subscription will continue and you will be charged until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time using the methods described in Section 3 below; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period upon cancellation. After subscribing, you will receive an acknowledgment confirming your subscription terms, including the renewal price, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions.

Subscription prices are locked for the duration of the 30-day period, regardless of any increase in server size. At each renewal, pricing is recalculated based on the current number of server members. Should you cancel and later resubscribe, pricing will also be based on the current server size.

All payments for Ticket King Premium subscriptions are processed by PayNow.gg, a third-party payment processor. Ticket King does not directly collect, store, or have access to your payment card numbers or financial account details. All payment data is handled exclusively by PayNow.gg in accordance with their privacy and security practices.

Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails for any reason (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds, or declined transaction), your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring that a valid and current payment method is on file. Ticket King is not responsible for any disruption to premium features resulting from a failed payment.

Billing Disputes: If you have a billing dispute or question about a charge, please first contact PayNow.gg through their subscription management portal at checkout.paynow.gg/subscriptions/auth. If you are unable to resolve the issue through PayNow.gg, you may contact us at [email protected].

You can manage your subscription directly through our web dashboard. To cancel your subscription, navigate to the premium section and click "Cancel Plan." If you encounter any difficulties:

1. Log in to our website, click on your user icon, then click "Settings." There you will find a section for "Active Subscriptions" where you can cancel.
2. If you cannot cancel your subscription via our website, please use the following link to manage your subscription directly through our payment processor: https://checkout.paynow.gg/subscriptions/auth.

Ticket King reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. For active subscribers, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of any price increase via an announcement in our Discord support server and/or on the Ticket King website.

Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect using the methods described in Section 3 above.

Dynamic adjustments to your subscription price based on changes to your server's member count (as described in the Overview) are a standard feature of the pricing model and do not constitute a "price change" requiring separate notice.

Your Ticket King Premium subscription is tied to a specific Discord server and the Discord account used to purchase the subscription. Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be moved to a different Discord server or Discord account.

Bot Removal: Removing the Ticket King bot from your Discord server does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you remove the bot, you must separately cancel your subscription using the methods described in Section 3 to avoid continued charges.

Discord Account Suspension or Termination: If your Discord account is suspended, disabled, or terminated by Discord for any reason, your Ticket King Premium subscription may become inaccessible. Ticket King is not responsible for any inability to access premium features resulting from actions taken by Discord against your account. No refund or subscription transfer will be provided in such circumstances, except as may be required by applicable law. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you lose access to your Discord account. Your subscription will continue to auto-renew regardless of the status of your Discord account. To avoid further charges, you must cancel your subscription using the methods described in Section 3 above. If you are unable to access the dashboard due to a Discord account issue, you may cancel directly through PayNow.gg at checkout.paynow.gg/subscriptions/auth or by contacting us at [email protected].

Our subscription model uses dynamic pricing based on server member count to ensure fair resource allocation, a structure not currently supported by Discord's Premium Apps system. As a result, subscriptions must be purchased exclusively through our website, https://ticketking.xyz. We are committed to complying with Discord's Monetization Requirements and will integrate with their purchasing options if and when dynamic pricing is supported.

We actively monitor policy updates to ensure ongoing compliance and maintain transparency with our users and Discord's ecosystem.

Customers may request a refund for their subscription within 14 days of the original purchase. To do so, please contact us via email at [email protected] or in our support server and provide your order number and a brief explanation for the request. Our team will review and respond to your request within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refund requests made after 14 days of the original purchase will not be considered, and all sales are final after this point.

Refund Exclusions

Notwithstanding the above, refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Termination for Violation: If your access to the Service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
• Discord Account Actions: If your Discord account is suspended, terminated, or otherwise restricted by Discord, rendering the subscription inaccessible, no refund will be issued.
• Third-Party Outages and Force Majeure: No refund will be issued for service disruptions caused by third-party outages (including Discord API unavailability, cloud provider outages, or CDN disruptions) or force majeure events beyond Ticket King's reasonable control.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For consumers in the European Union: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing any reason. By subscribing and expressly consenting to the immediate provision of digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the subscription period begins and the Service is made available to you. If you have not expressly consented to immediate performance, you may exercise your withdrawal right by contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Contact Us First: If you believe a charge is incorrect, have a billing question, or wish to request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] or PayNow.gg at checkout.paynow.gg/subscriptions/auth before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or similar reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all billing issues promptly and fairly, and in most cases can address your concern faster than the chargeback process.

Consequences of Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal of any kind without first making a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly with us or PayNow.gg, we will immediately terminate your access to the Service and cancel all active subscriptions. This termination is permanent and includes loss of access to all premium features, dashboard functionality, and stored data associated with your account. You will not be eligible to purchase a new subscription.

We may pursue recovery of any amounts owed, including any fees, costs, or penalties incurred as a result of the chargeback process, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This provision does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including any right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges with your payment provider.
